Discussion:
Slow screen refresh using WI, but Program Neighborhood is good.

I have a PS 4.5 box, duel quad core processors, 4GB of RAM with
Windows 2003 sp2.

I currently have these in a test environment so I am the only one on
them.

I have a PACS system that it is important to show the images quickly
and scroll though them at a fast rate.

I installed the software and published the app with no problems. I
launch it though the Web interface and it seems to studder after every
image and shows an hour glass as I switch though them. If I launch it
locally on the citrix box it performs great. Or on a remote machine
if I launch it with program neighborhood It also performs great. It
seems only with WI it does not perform as fast as it should.

I tried using speedscreen and It does not seem to help verymuch
either, sometimes makes things even worse.

The server and PCs are on a 100MB lan.

Is there any additional tweaks for the WI's ICA file that I need to
do? I did put in the following to use speed screen:
ZLKeyboardMode=1
ZLMouseMode=1

but still no good performance.

Thanks,
Rick

Thanks,
I think I found out, the speed screen was messing with things. I
resolved that problem... sorta...

I am still getting really bad performance when I am coming across a
DSL connection with speedscreen for images, seems to lag big time. I
guess it is a nice thing to be able to do, but not a show stopper.
Anyone have any hints or settings to setup with a PACs system?

Thanks!
